This Weekend's Workout
Friday: 1 hour yoga
Sunday: 2.5 mile power walk (in the rain!)
Notes (to myself) about this workout: I'm glad that I'm back in yoga mode. I'm also glad I braved the rain to have a power walk. Yea.
