CrossFit One World W.O.T.D.

Warm-up
Row 1000 meters
THREE sets of ten each:
Samson stretch
overhead squats
sit-ups
back extensions
pull-ups
dips

WOD
Complete as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes of:
100 jump rope skips (I had to modify and do 80 because I do a double skip)
20 push-ups
25 squat

Joanne's final count: 6 rounds + 34 jump rope skips
