1) I tried to have a morning walk but the rain stopped me. I didn't feel guilty about it.

Deadlift 4 sets x 3 reps at 82% of 1 rep max
Note: I needed to protect my back. Therefore, I scaled down to just 175#
Conditioning: "The Horrible Hundred"
Complete the following for time:
25 deadlifts 163#
25 squat clean and jerks 73#
25 thrusters 63# (rx)
25 overhead squats 33# (rx)
