Warm-up
Row 1000 meters

THREE rounds of 10 reps:
Samson stretch
Abmat sit-ups
GHD sit-ups
GHD back extensions
Deadlifts
Overhead squats
Shoulder rolls

WOD: "Cindy"
Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
