Hello all and welcome. My name is Joanne Rondilla, but my workout friends often call me j-ro. I'm your typical, more-jiggly-than-not, thirty-something who has a love-hate relationship with exercise. Living in the San Francisco bay area, but originally from the island of Guam. More left than right. More dark than light. Caramel over chocolate. Beef over chicken. I eat all my veggies.
